John Andrews & The Lonely Ones

None of the band from Kent in the UK, except Andy (John Andrews) recorded on this recording session. For some reason the record company decided not to let any of them play on the recording and hired a bunch of session musicians instead. They just had to mime along with it when they were on TV, also the recording company came up with the "John Andrews & the Lonely Ones" title, because in those days studios were still behind the times and could not compute the 'band thing' of equal members, in spite of the many name groups at that time, and so presented them with the usual so-and-so and his band. The band was actually called just "The Lonely Ones" and that was the name under which they performed gigs.
