Adam Skinner

Hailing from a long line of musicians Adam and Dan are brothers who have always been surrounded by music, and who trained at the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts. They are both accomplished multi-instrumentalists who find that by pooling their talents they can cover an even wider area. Both have a diverse experience of the music industry, having worked as performers and sound engineers in a wide variety of musical styles, from indie electro-rock arena tours, to smokey jazz & blues gigs and world music sessions. All of this combines to form a rich palette from which they draw their compositional inspiration and fresh production techniques. Adam & Dan are gaining momentum as budding film & television composers, and are developing an exciting, innovative new sound, which is reflected in their first album for Audio Network 'Movie Drama' (ANW 1245). Since then they have gone on to record an eclectic range of work from electronica and pop to the stunning New Soul album (ANW 1674).
