Barbershop lead/baritone vocalist, choral director, and musical judge. Glenn was born on January 3, 1935 in Laurens, NY. He came to Detroit as a young man and that’s when his barbershop career took off. Glenn was a member of two International Champion Barbershop Quartets, the Auto Towners (1966) and the Gentlemen's Agreement (1971) as lead and baritone - and another which finished second three consecutive years (Center Stage (2); 1982-1984). Glenn was also a chorus director for many years and was a certified judge in the Barbershop Harmony Society. One of only seventeen singers to earn Gold medals at the International Competition with two different groups (others are Tom Felgen, Brian Beck (4), Morris Rector, Al Rehkop, Jay Hawkins (3), John Miller (41), Paul Gilman (3), Brett Littlefield, Rob Menaker, and Don Barnick) Died September 13, 2005 at the age of 70 after a long battle with ALS.
