SOZI is a duo of two twin brothers, Eric & Frederic Pelletier, the Quebec rap group that best embodies the street with a slang and a corrosive style. Born in Quebec City in the Limoilou district, the Pelletier twins appeared in 1997 with Shoddy and Rico Rich, who propelled them straight onto the Quebec hip hop scene and were called '' The 5 fingers of the hand ''. In 2001 their collective Limoilou Starz with among others Shoddy and Webster is born. The collective has produced and sold two albums to date: Limoilou Starz -Limoilou Style (2002) and Les Boss du Quartier (2006). The Brothers follow their path and make the first part of renowned French artists such as Oxmo Puccino, Sinik or Booba, the Quebec City Summer Festival and the Francofolies de Montréal. SOZI was nominated for the video of the year at the 2004 Montreal Underground gala. They have 3 solo albums, "Classic Beef" (2004), their second album "Parskville" with southern flavor of Limoilou (2009) and the latest "Roses and Sombrero" (2013) with the collaboration of American rapper Mac Lucci, protected by Snoop (Dogg) Lion. The twins also appear on more than thirty projects and many mixtapes including stakes with Shoddy, LS, Rainmen, Mocy, Saye, Sultania, Facekché, Taktika and many others. They are also at the head of the Low Rider Luxurious club in Quebec City. Now signed on explicit productions, their new opus called Bêtes de Foire has been released on May 13, 2016
