Charlotte Björkvall

Swedish singer, singing teacher, conductor and choir leader (born Björkvall). She has been working since 1996 as a music teacher at Adolf Fredrik's music classes in Stockholm. Growing up in Stockholm, she has sung in choirs throughout her education, including Adolf Fredrik's Girls' Choir, Södra Latin's Chamber Choir and the Academy of Music's Chamber Choir. In recent years, Charlotte has substituted in Radiokören and sang in Gustaf Sjökvists Kammarkör. For several years now, she has been a member of Eric Ericsons Kammarkör. With these choirs, Charlotte has toured, among others, to the USA, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Thailand, Russia, Morocco and the majority of European countries and participated in several disc recordings. Charlotte also teaches choral singing at the music program at Södra Latins Gymnasium in Stockholm and guest performs around the country as a conductor, singing teacher, lecturer and instructor. Since autumn 2006, Charlotte Gullberg has been acting as conductor for the KFUM Ursus Kammarkör.
