Bluegrass Group From Cincinnati, OH Founded in 1992, Union Springs was around the Cincinnati area throughout the 1990s. Original members included Dwight McCall on mandolin, Randy Pollard on banjo, and Jon Weisberger on bass. Later members were Gabe Conley on banjo, Ray Townsend on guitar, Chris Davis on mandolin, and Tim Strong on guitar. Randy Pollard switched to fiddle at some point. Albums issued were Ten Past Midnight on Vetco in 1993, Help Me Lord on Vetco in 1994, and Next Train Headed South on Copper Creek in 1996.
