Jason Patterson

American drummer from North Carolina. He began his career as a fill-in drummer with 10th Avenue in 1979. He then played with Pegasus and Thrush before joining southern rock band Nantucket from 1986 to 1989. After leaving Nantucket, he became one of the founding members of blues rock band Cry Of Love, which was active until 1998. He moved to Austin, Texas from around 1999 to 2001 to play drums for Chris Duarte. Since 2013, he has often played drums for Dudley Taft. As of 2021, he was living in North Carolina and playing with Nantucket, cover band Wannabees and tribute band Tuesday’s Gone.
