Vincent-Vega

Vincent became interested in turntablism back in the 80s when he first heard a street sounds hip hop electro album and wondered how they managed to join the individual tracks up so seamlessly. Having collected vinyl his whole life he bought a mixer in 1989 and started trying to beat match on his father’s turntables. Vincent got his own Technics 1210s mk2 in the early 90s and after some practice, he was soon playing house, hardcore and techno at parties under the name of DJ Cutting Edge at the start of the rave scene. Since then Vincent has played at festivals and nightclubs covering many genres while always incorporating elements of turntablism. In more recent years he has joined Innereyefull and has started to produce his own music and live shows.
