Del Courtney

American bandleader and occasional actor. Born September 21st, 1910 in Oakland, California. Died on February 11th, 2006 (age of 95) in Hawaii of pneumonia. Married & divorced from singers Yvonne King (1957-1966) & Connie Haines (1966-1972). His band played at San Francisco Giants games in the early days of Candlestick Park, and at Oakland Raiders games in the 1960s and 1970s. He is credited with bringing the big-band style of music to Hawaii during the 1930s.
