Orville Strickland

Drummer from Houston, Texas. Strickland began playing drums professionally while in high school and went on to work with rock bands including Big Sweet, Cold Cuts, Doctor Rockit, The Blasting Caps, Ezra Charles and The Works, The Cheaters, The Hightailers, Trout Fishing In America, Ronnie Hall and The Green Onions and Jerry Lightfoot and The Essentials. Strickland died on February 1, 1996 age 44.
