Berlin Guitar Ensemble

An acoustic guitar ensemble based in Berlin, Germany. Directed by Hernán Núñez. The group began performing in 1992 in Berlin and toured Germany until 1996 as part of the Guitar Circle / *Guitar Craft seminars that took place during that period. The group has collaborated in a series of performance projects with avant-garde electronic artist 1605Munro (aka Andrés Jankowski) with whom they have been performing and recording since 2011 in Germany, Holland and Spain — releasing three albums together: The BGE vs 1605munro Vol I in 2011, Vol II in 2013, and Vol III in 2017. *Guitar Craft was founded by Robert Fripp in March 1985.
