Gerry Hunt

Gerry has been a member of the Grand Union Orchestra for over 30 years. His vast repertoire of work includes playing for the Robin Jones King Salsa, The Latin Jazz Sextet, Loose Tubes, Carol Grimes, The Roberto Pla Latin Jazz Ensemble, David Mantovani’s Quintet, Abdelkader Saadouns’ rai-rock group and Medusa Saxophone Quartet. Gerry currently fronts his own band The Groove Robbers performing around London. He is an experienced teacher and workshop leader and has also worked for the National Theatre and various musical groups as Musical Director.
