Ty Garner

Ty Garner began life as a busker working the streets of London, Paris and Amsterdam playing folk, ragtime and blues styles of music before settling back in his home town of Mansfield where he established himself as one of the leading talents on the British rhythm and blues scene. Tirelessly, Ty led a dual life as a bandleader and a triple shift factory operative working hard to secure his place in the lineage of the British blues tradition. His outstanding performance at the Edinburgh International Jazz & Blues Festival earned him instant recognition as one of the most exciting and original blues artists to emerge in recent times.
