Swedish jazz musician, he played saxophone. During the 1950´s had his own orchestra, Kettil Ohlson's quintet, which included Lars Gulin for a while. The members of the band varied, as did the orchestra name. They also called themselves Kettil Ohlson's sextet and Kettil Ohlson's orchestra. He also played with Simon Brehm and Thore Swanerud. In 1959 he recorded the album "Kettil And His Rockin 'Sax", in which Leif Asp played the Hammond organ. The record included the songs "Don't Get Around Much Anymore" and "'s Wonderful". Kettil and his wife Carole recorded four singles between 1962 and 1966. The first one contained "Darling", on the tune "Å Jänta Å Ja", and "Ching Ching". The second single came in 1964 with the songs "The Jamaican Blue Beat" and "The Clowns Twist". "The Jamaican Blue Beat" was with a week on the Top Ten. The third single, released in 1965 included "Listen To The Mockingbird" and "Search The Town". The last one 1996, "Regnlåten and "Min Längtan".
