Driveshaft

Driveshaft is a hard rock band from Cork, County Cork, Ireland, that was formed in 1980. They played a classic style of hard rock in the vein of Whitesnake and Rainbow. They toured extensively around Ireland and England and landed some major support slots with the likes of Rory Gallagher, ZZ Top, Def Leppard, Saxon, Grand Slam and Micheal Schenker. Gerry moved to England where he went on to work with Gary Moore, Cozy Powell and Neil Murray. He then went on to pursue his solo career, based in the Canary's he has been playing, recording and releasing albums ever since.
