American lawyer, manager and producer. From september 1994 to february 1995, he was associate at West Entertainment Services, Inc. From january 1995 to july 2000, he was partner at Osse & Woods, LLP. From september 2000 to juny 2004, he was partner at Woods & Middleton, LLP. From juny 2004 to august 2007, he was executive vice president of Urban Music at Casablanca Records. From 2004 to 2009, he was councel members of DeSimone, Aviles, Shorter & Oxamendi, LLP. Since 2007, he is lawyer at his own office in New York.
