SABAOTH was formed in 2005 with the members Rio(guitar), Xino(bass), Troy(drum), Apner(vocal), then Lucky replaced Apner on vocal. On the beginning, the musical concept of Sabaoth was Grindcore that concern on social matters. Stagnation in a little while, then Rio found new members. Line-up changed, Marcel(drum), Boy(vocal), Eben(bass). By this formation in 2007 Sabaoth released 4 songs demo album titled “Demogrind”. In 2010 released an EP title “Exile” that has a lot of differences from the previous demo. The musical concept shifted to Death Metal with groovy parts and self personality disorder, human dark-side, and depressive lyric. After recording the EP Rio moved to Balikpapan. Hansel joined Sabaoth on guitar. Then, in 2011 Eben leaved Sabaoth and was replaced by Ricky. In the early 2012 Rio re-joined Sabaoth. Hansel and Ricky resigned, then bass position was taken by Ivan. The current line-up, Boy(vocal), Marcel(drum), Rio(guitar), Ivan(bass). By this line-up Sabaoth released their 2013 promo titled “Shadow of Sin” with tighter musical arrangement than the previous release.
