Phyllis Saunders Toney

American costume designer, and wardrobe supervisor for large-scale concerts, and is the owner of 'Toney Saunders Design' in California. She has been working in this field since 1983, and has also been involved in theatre, independent films, and television commercials. She is married to Kevin Toney.
