Per Erik Nordquist

Swedish TV and radio producer, presenter and author, born 24 December 1940 in Arvika, died 17 June 2002 in Örebro. He was the presenter of a number of different entertainment programs on radio and television. Some of his hits over the years were "Café Örebro", "Sveriges magasin", "Hallå Sweden", "Hallå bilist", "Lördans" and "Sommarnöje". He worked together with Lil Terselius as program manager for the "Teatercafé" from Örebro. In 1992, he was appointed Filipstad's ambassador. He also published a number of books. He obtained his education at Uppsala University, where he obtained a master's degree in philosophy in 1967, and at the University of Florida in the USA, where he received his MA in 1968. At Sweden's National Radio, he was employed as a producer in 1968, but transferred to TV 2 Örebro in 1992.
