The Efroni Choir

Israeli girls choir established at the Ben Gurion Educational College in Emek Hefer in 1981 by Maya Shavit. It includes girls ages 9 to 18 and draws most of its members from agricultural communities in the area. Their repertoire includes both classical (from Renaissance to modern works) and Israeli music, including works representing the different ethnic groups within Israel. Notes for Discogs submitters: The Young Efroni Choir is a preparatory group for the main choir which should be entered separately. קבוצת בנות ממקהלת העפרוני, literally "a group of girls from The Efroni Choir" can be used for smaller groups from the choir.
