Nicholas Bootiman

British orchestral & chamber classical violist and conductor. Born in July 1980 near Munich, West Germany. He attended The Purcell School, the Royal College of Music, London, the Academy Of Performing Arts Prague, and the New England Conservatory Of Music. In 2002, he joined The Guillami String Quartet and the Bowen String Quartet. In May 2008, Nicholas started up the Bedford Chamber Music Festival and became its Artistic Director. Freelance No 2 Viola with the Philharmonia Orchestra since June 2008.
