Born in 1971, Hamed Däye is a rapper based in France (Paris). Ex-member of the famous rap act Ministère Amer, which he founded in the early 90's with, among others, Passi and Stomy Bugsy, he later joined 'Le Secteur Ä', a hip hop collective including groups like Arsenik and Neg'Marrons.
