Tim Hopmeier

A fixture on both the St. Louis and Columbia rock n' roll music scenes, Tim Hopmeier is mainly known for his long-time membership in The Cripplers, the legendary Missouri garage punk band. He has played with a variety of other bands through the years, including The Neanderthals and The Stoned Walls. After The Cripplers disbanded, Hopmeier joined Merseybeat revivalists Long John Thomas and the Duffs in 2004, and helped form the Duffs' alter-ego band The Copulators in 2006. He formed the St. Louis stoner metal band Chief with former Crippler band mate Chris Raymond in 2007. Hopmeier is an avid B-movie buff and a fan of all things zombie.
