Ida Kristine Zimmermann Olsen

Ida Kristine Zimmermann Olsen has a Masters degree from The Norwegian Academy of Music in Oslo, Norway. She studied with John Edward Kelly, Hans Christian Bræin and Geir Holm. In 2006 she was awarded RWE Deas scholarship which allowed her to study in Dusseldorf. From 2004-2007 she performed in The Kelly Quarted, an international chamber music ensemble based in Germany. She currently works as a freelance saxophonist in Oslo. In addition to Ensemble neoN she is also a permanent member of the NoXas Saxophone Quartet.
