Neža Naglič

Ljubljana-based piano player Neža Naglič (1984) devoted herself to exploring extended piano techniques in the context of free improvised music after her classical training. In addition to string preparation, she focuses on sounding the piano from the inside, using various objects to transform the typical sound of the piano into radical and less predictable sound structures. In Slovenia she has shared stage with renowned local and international improvisers such as Irena Z. Tomažin, Ilia Belorukov, Ana Kravanja, Okkyung Lee, Dimitra Lazaridou-Chatzigoga, Klaus Filip, Jošt Drašler or Seijiro Murayama.
