Franz König

The contrabass-player Franz König was born in Vienna (Austria). His teacher was Prof. Ludwig Streicher. Longtime member of the "Orchester der Wiener Philharmoniker", the "Orchester der Niederösterreichischen Tonkünstler" and the "Wiener Kammerorchester". Solo-bass-player for the "European Masters Orchester", the "Grazer Symphonisches Orchester", the "Straussfestival Orchester" and others more. Acting worldwide with solistic performances and also for CD-recordings with various ensembles.
