Papa Tony

Papa Tony started his career as a DJ in 1999... although in the beginning, the Saturday mixer already worked under the nickname of Paolo Mixato playing techno sounds. He began to write music in 2002 in the style of techno although he was particularly fond of the disco house and soulful house sound. Papa Tony's first release was available for sale in 2008 under the name of Paolo Mixato, and he subsequently changed his name to Papa Tony. In 2010 the artist was noticed by the St. Petersburg label Konura Recordings and in 2011 he released his first EP under the name Buffalo Mornings! The material combined Chicago sounds with impurity funks and Deep!
