Swedish fiddler, born 2 December 1877 in Fiskvik, Bergsjö parish, died 25 July 1948 at the hospital in Bergsjö. He was of a fiddler family. Hall won great places at the fiddler competitions 1908 in Delsbo, 1909 in Bollnäs and had his big breakthrough at the fiddler competition in Hudiksvall 1910 where he won. Hall toured all over Sweden and then often together with Thore Härdelin d.ä. from Delsbo and Pelle Schenell from Gnarp under the name Swedish National Troop. They also worked for several years as skansen fiddlers in Stockholm and also recorded a number of records in the early 1910s. Another playmate Hall toured with was Lars-Erik Forslin (1885-1973) from Bergsjö who was something of a teacher to Edvard Strid (b. 1887) and Gunhild Lööv (b. 1907) from Hassela.
