Willis Bell

Willis Eugene Bell a US photographer who lived and traveled extensively in Ghana during the 1950's until his death in 1999. “The Roadmakers” and ”Playtime in Africa” with words by Efua Theodora Sutherland is considered to be an important part of Ghana's visual arts culture.
