Об исполнителе:
Swedish troubadour and lyricist, born November 23, 1928 in Haga parish in Gothenburg, died June 6, 1987 in Kilkenny, Ireland. Ture Ivar Dahlberg was a well-known stage personality and Gothenburg profile, who was called Hisingen's national poet. He performed at Swedish song festivals and often at Kustens hus in Gothenburg. For a time he appeared under the name Lord Lajban(s). He was a master of short-sightedness and gossip through parodies and genocide genres. He wrote his own lyrics and usually also the melodies, but also borrowed melodies from, among other things, classical pieces and folk music. The songs were often socially satirical; he protested against the environmental degradation and the negative aspects of societal development. He invented several odd musical instruments, including the "skiftarren", a huge wrench that he provided with strings and played on, as well as the "dyngbas" (dung bass), a dung grip converted into electric bass intended for "agri-cultural" music.
