Hank Hehmsoth

Henry Hehmsoth is the MacDowell Norton Stevens Fellow in Composition, a National Endowment for the Arts Fellow in Jazz, and is a Fulbright Specialist in American Studies. In the 80's he was a member of the Austin-Texas based pop-rock Christopher Cross group, which won five Grammy Awards as well as an Academy Award for best song. Since then, he is a jazz performing artist with a career spanning over three decades. His own band H-Project made several recordings. At present, he is a member of John Mills Times Ten, with a 2018 release of "Flying Blind". He is a lifetime voting member for the Grammy Awards.
