Rodolfo Mendiolea

Mexican songwriter. Birth; December 5, 1921, Matehuala, Mexico. Death; July 2, 2016. He began his professional activity writing dramatic arguments for the radio. In 1941 he became known as a composer with the blues "Una Canción Más" and the boleros "¿A dónde irán?" and "Sentimiento". In 1955 he was appointed president of the SACM. Other songs with his lyrics are "Nada Pido","¡Qué bonito y qué bonito!", "Siento Que Te Quiero" and "San Luis Potosí" (March with music by José Sabre Marroquín).
