David Zandén

Swedish musician playing bass, keyboards, typewriter amongst others and songwriter, born March 28, 1988 in Ödeborg parish in what was then Älvsborg county. He has studied at Birger Sjöbergsgymnasiet in Vänersborg, at Södra Vätterbygdens folkhögskola in Jönköping and at the Royal Academy of Music in Stockholm, where he completed the bachelor's program in music production. He is a member of the folktronica band Wintergatan. Together with Isa Molin and Cornelia Jakobs, he wrote the song Hold Me Closer, which won the Melodifestivalen 2022 and was performed by Cornelia Jakobs.
