Guilherme Figueiredo

(Campinas, February 13, 1915 — Rio de Janeiro, May 24, 1997) Worked at McCann Erickson between 1942 and 1956, then became artistic director of "TV Tupi" between 1956 and 1957. A few years later he became the Cultural Attaché of the Brazilian embassy in Paris from 1964 until 1968 (in this period he also run the Debret gallery). He was also the founder of the 'Orquestra Sinfônica Brasileira' (Rio de Janeiro).
