Jackie Kendle

British classical timpanist/percussionist, and teacher of timpani/percussion. Born in Norwich, England, UK. She graduated from the Royal College of Music, London. Early in her career, she held positions as Principal Timpanist of the Royal Ballet Touring Orchestra (now the Birmingham Royal Ballet) and with The BBC National Orchestra Of Wales. She had a long association with the Philharmonia Orchestra up until 2020. She has over 30 years' teaching experience at all levels.
