Bernie Rincon was an American drummer from El Paso, Texas, best known as one of the early members of At The Drive-In. He joined the group's founders, Cedric Bixler-Zavala and Jim Ward, alongside guitarist Jarrett Wrenn and Kenny Hopper on bass, in ATDI's first live show as a full band in October 1994 at the Loretto High School Fair in El Paso. Rincon recorded on the debut 7" on Western Breed Records and participated in most other early concerts, including the band's first television appearance in November 1994 on the local KJLF-TV channel. His last performance with At the Drive-In was on 16 February 1995 at UTEP's Union Movie Theater. Bernie Rincon committed suicide shortly after, replaced by Davy Simmons in March 1995.
