Emma Beskow

Swedish cellist, born June 25, 1981. She has a degree in chamber music from the Royal Academy of Music in Stockholm, and as a freelance musician has played with, among others, the Norrköping Symphony Orchestra and the Nordic Chamber Orchestra. She has also participated in theater productions, including Stockholm City Theater. She has collaborated with musicians such as Ane Brun and Sara Riedel, and as part of the string quartet Treitlerkvartetten, she has been awarded the Academy of Music's prize for ensemble playing.
