O.G. Riff is a veteran gangsta rapper & producer from Kansas City, MO. He released his debut album in 1992, the tape-only "Shit Happens', which has an old school funky sound. In 1998, O.G. Riff released his sophomore album, the classic "Blackheart" through his own Trigga Happy Records. Darker beats than his debut effort. O.G. Riff also appeared on the cult 816 compilation "50 M.C.'s" in 1998 and on a few other releases in the late 90's, collaborating with Big Shady, Pharmacy, Meech, Zeno Vellie or The Wicced One among others.
