Dorothy Wade

Professional Violinist, began her career as a guest soloist with the Los Angeles Philharmonic Orchestra under the direction of Otto Klemperer in 1937. Since 1954, she has performed under the direction of Igor Stravinsky, Aaron Copland, and Robert Craft. Later as a renowned concert soloist and recording musician, she has appeared for various jazz and pop/rock artists such as Stanley Clarke, George Duke, Earl Klugh, Michael Bolton, and Natalie Cole. She passed away in February 2007 in Van Nuys at the age of 83.
