Writer, filmmaker and visual artist Gary Indiana, born in 1950, is known for both his art criticism -which has appeared in Art in America, Artforum, The Village Voice and other publications- and his fictional works including Resentment and Three Month Fever. His most recent novel, The Shanghai Gesture, was released in 2009 by independent publisher Two Dollar Radio.
