Better known by her stage name, The Glam, Camilla Brenda Orsi is an American/Italian popdance singer, saxophonist and songwriter. Her background of life and culture is a mixture of different experiences between Miami, London,Milan and New York where she studied and strengthened her roots with distinct humus that characterizes the cities she has grown in. She graduated from the Sir James Henderson British School of Milan and again in Milan she studied saxophone and graduated from the school of music Gaetano Donizetti. She has a Grade 3 saxophone diploma of the Royal Academy of Music in London, but continues studying privately. After she finished her studies she never abandons the search for music, she says, “her relationship with he’s instrument is never linear and continuous, but consists of moments of intense harmony and periods of separation.” In Italy she studied for years with Ginetta Tarenzi a famous Italian music teacher (Mina, Mia Martini) later with the soprano Floriana Cavalli. Loretta Martinez introduces her to The Voicecraft method E.V.T.S of Jo Estill. She officially debuts with Kylie Minogue’s authors Paul Herman and Ashton Millard (Moloko,Dido…etc) recording the single Romeo in London.
