Blå Bergens Borduner

BBB, is a Swedish folk music group that existed in 1984–1995 and has resurfaced again. The group was formed by Anders Norudde (formerly Anders Stake), Göran "Freddy" Fredriksson and Ulf Karlsson. In 1987, Stefan Ekedahl also became a member. They play traditional, newly composed and newly arranged Swedish folk music in your own way. The traditional song material originates mainly in Värmland, Närke and Dalarna. A main ingredient is the Swedish bagpipe that Anders, Ulf and Stefan play. In 1993, BBB released a CD with the group's name. Shortly afterwards, the group split. Several of the songs that were recorded on the record are still popular at the fiddlers' meetings in Närke and Västmanland. BBB was one of the groups that helped to popularize folk music in Örebro County. In 2015, BBB released a new album called "Inga kônstigheter". With this album, they succeed with the achievement of having the same cover as on their album from 1993, but the only difference is that the members are about 20 years older in the picture.
