Venezlean musical project in the late 1990s. The band started as a crossover between acoustic hip hop, funk and rap. Formed by two famous local rock & roll stars, Wincho Schafer (Sentimiento Muerto) and Miguel Toro (La Calle) along with the rapper Argel, who emerged from the band Super Glicerina, the group, initially nameless, began rehearsing at the house. by Desorden Público drummer, Danel Sarmiento. Several guitarists were auditioned, but none of them fit the sound idea of ​​the trio. Given the decision not to use keyboardists or technology, the participation of a guitarist with personality was imperative. The solution came from the hand of Wincho and was framed by the dissolution of the great alternative rock band of the moment: Dermis Tatú. Their vocalist and guitarist, Cayayo Troconis, was without a group and Schafer thought of his former partner from Sentimiento Muerto as a possible fourth leg for his new group's table. One Sunday the recording of the unreleased songs was delivered to Cayayo at his house. The next day Troconis happily agreed to join PAN, the name the group finally had.
