Leonard Richardson

Executive Producer / A&R Currently, Leonard is Senior Vice President of Music, for the CW Television Network. As head of music for the network Leonard oversees the use of music in all facets of network marketing, branding, promotion and licensing. Prior to the CW Leonard was the Head of Music for The WB Television Network. Prior to joining The WB Television Network, Leonard served as Senior Director of A&R for Warner Bros. Records; working with various artists and producers including Quincy Jones, George Benson, Bob James, Dr. Dre, L.A. & Babyface, R. Kelly, Jermaine Dupri, Roger Troutman & Zapp, Karyn White, Randy Crawford, El Debarge and Earth, Wind and Fire among others. Before joining Warner Bros. Records, Leonard served as a Professional Manager for Screen Gems/EMI Music Publishing developing songwriters and exploiting the extensive Screen Gems/EMI catalog of songs. Prior to Screen Gems /EMI Music Leonard worked with Barry Manilow as Advance Tour Manager for Manilow’s “Paradise Café” world tour.
