Paul-Émile Mongeau

Canadian sound engineer. Head of mastering and cutting at London Records Of Canada Ltd. when it started its mastering operations in 1959. Known to have worked at Stereo Sound Studios (2). Also worked at RCA Victor Studios, Montreal. His lacquer cuts can be identified by his "P.E.M." etch.
