Hardcore punk band from Seinäjoki, Finland. They released on EP called Häiriköt Tulee in 1985 along with contributing to many compilations. In the mid-2010s the band became active again. Note: Not to be confused with the Japanese d-beat/hardcore band Äpärät (2) who's song titles and lyrics are Finnish. Muttu - drums Ipe - vocals Hapa - bass Saikki(RIP) - guitars
