She was born in 1954 in Wroclaw, Poland. Polish singer, percussionist and conductor. Already in her student days, she performed with her brother Jacek, singing poetry and winning laurels at the Student Song Festivals in Opole, Cracow, as well as at the "Sacrosong" Religious Song Festival, at the time one of two religious song festivals in the world (one was held in the US, the other in Poland, in a different city each year). In addition, in the second half of the 1970s, the Samborski siblings worked with the Polish Theater, and in the mid-1990s, Malgorzata toured with the band Wolna Grupa Bukowina, playing percussion instruments. She then led choirs at evangelistic concerts and numerous prayer meetings, including with Deus Meus and New Life Music. In 1992, together with her husband Jacek Ratajczyk, she founded the band Oweyo, which in the late 1990s and beyond was at the forefront of the phenomenon known as the Christian scene in Poland. The band recorded several albums and played many concerts. Since 2000, she has been the conductor of the Adalbertus choir operating at St. Adalbertus Church in Wroclaw, and since 2003 she has also led the "I am" parish choir at St. Anne's parish in Wroclaw's Oporów district.
