George Senoga-Zake

Ugandan born lecturer, broadcaster and folk music archivist. Spent most of his working life in Kenya where he was the first East African to enroll at the Licentiate of Royal Schools of Music (LRSM) in 1956. He later became a professor of music. He collaborated on the writing of the Kenyan national anthem. He died in 2008.
