Matt Pleztrom is a Paris-based electronic musician. He is influenced by many kinds of music. His most recent creations are deeply inspired by artists like Autechre, Prodigy, Herbie Hancock, Amon Tobin, Richard Devine, and many others… His music is an immersion into unbounded soundscapes, inner struggles between scary and soft emotions, between noisy, broken ideas and tender fragility. He works regularly for corporate and experimental projects. The story has begun in 1991, with an old Atari STE, and the software Protracker. Step by step, matt has built a special sound universe, combining harmonies, dark atmospheres, and noises. Now, he uses Studio One, with a lot of virtual synths, plugins, little machines, samples, own recordings and featurings.
