Marija Mica Glavačević

Mica Marija Glavačević (born 1916 Valpovo, died 1974 in Zagreb, Croatia) - famous Croatian opera singer. She startet her theater career at the HNK Osijek (National Theater Osijek) as a choi member. In 1949 she perfomed her 1st solo act. From 1952 till 1955 she works as solo singer at the Opera of the HNK Rijeka. She finished her professional career at the Opera Zagreb as solo performer. She is considered to be one of the most famous female Croatian opera performers.
